SIGN-IN:  6:15PM – 6:55 PM

125 E. 8^th Ave.  (8^th & Oak)  Eugene, OR

PANEL PRESENTATION:    7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
(The presentations begins promptly at 7:00.  Doors closed.  Late comers not allowed in.)

FEE: $30.00 (Guests are allowed free, space permitting.)

In Lane County, if you are required to attend by a court within the county, the court will pre-register for you. If you are from an out-of-county court or attending a diversion treatment program in county, you must contact the office to pre-register. 

Required:  Your full name, date of birth, agency or court requiring you to attend, case number, and phone or E-mail.

  If you are a victim of a crash caused by an impaired driver and would like to be a speaker on the panel, just contact the VIP office phone or E-mail above for an interview.
